About Me

I am a fully qualified level 3 certified personal trainer. My passion is in helping other women fulfil their potential. I love to work with female clients and to inspire, educate and empower them to become the best version of themselves.

I am passionate about exercise, nutrition and mental well-being. I push my self and my clients outside of their comfort zone as that is where we progress and grow.

I strive to help my clients to become a happier and healthier version of themselves. My goal is to help as many women as I can, to create a positive ripple effect on not only their life but the lives around them.
